untool is in active development and operates in stealth. Everything here is preliminary, confidential where marked, and subject to change without notice. Nothing on this site is a commitment to deliver any feature, product, or timeline.
2. Permitted use¶
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view this site for evaluation and informational purposes. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute the content, or use it to build a competing offering, without our prior written consent.
3. Intellectual property¶
The site, its content, the untool name and marks, and the underlying platform are owned by untool or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated here.
4. No warranties¶
The site and materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Forward-looking statements may prove inaccurate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which untool is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue lies exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
